In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty.
In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery. Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. If there are any special instructions for delivery please add them in the “Special Instructions” section of the check out.ĭue to various seasonal and regional conditions, and the variety of unplanned issues courtesy of Mother Nature, availability of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas.
All Deliveries will be made to the Funeral Home 3 hours prior to the calling hours unless otherwise specified.
